Rates:

All sessions are conducted not in a clinic but in the convenience of your home or in a family setting of your choice. Home sessions are based on a 60 minute session, $160.00. This also includes at no additional cost 15 minutes of video that you may send for review each week during off session times of you and your child’s interactions which we will review and discuss. Thus, we can continue to track the implementation of your child’s developmental goals and progress during outside of the sessions. Virtual sessions are offered at a 20% reduced rate. This is option for all families when and where travel is not possible.

Insurance:
Insurance is not accepted.  Invoices are provided monthly that may be submitted to your individual insurance company for reimbursement as applicable.  It is important to check to see whether special education services are covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.*

*For all New York State residents, I am separately offering the following non-therapeutic community based: “Fun Dramatic and Pretend Play Class.” The cost of the class is fully reimbursable to families by the Self-Direction Program under OPWDD (Office of People with Developmental Disabilities). Please note: This is not a therapy-based classes and does not substitute for therapy. A separate brochure detailing this non-therapeutic community-based class which is an integrated class open to all ages and abilities is enclosed below.. To qualify for the Self-Direction Class you must be a NYS resident with a child age 5 yrs or older who has been diagnosed with a developmental delay.*

Payment:
Cash, Check or Zelle are accepted for payment. Payment is immediately required after each session.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $70.00 cancellation fee. No show at time of scheduled session will result in required full payment for the scheduled session.
